Korean Makeup Haul XVIII

It has been a while since my last haul of Korean Cosmetics. I must confess that it has been a little tricky and complicated. The past year, I did not buy any new Korean Cosmetics, and I decided to use everything I had. Still, all has a limit, and my collection is not strong enough, so I decided this year to purchase some products I needed to replace, like the eyeshadows, and some others that I needed because I didn´t have any other ones. 

This time I decided to try new brands like Coralhaze and 2aN, which are new brands for me because I have never used these brands before,e but I always feel excited to try new products.

Mimumimu Niacindy Hype-Light Serum Review

Today, I am back with a review about one of the new brands I tried this year. In this case, I am talking about Mimumimu, a new Korean brand for me. I published a review some days ago about the MIMUMIMU Niacindy Dark Spot Ampoule, which is an amazing product. Today, I am here to review the serum of this same line. This is an unpaid collaboration, and all the opinions are based on my own experience with this product.

Conclusions

This product is a serum with three key ingredients: Niacinamide 5%, Thioctic Acid + Pumpkin Extract, which makes a good synergy. The name is right, this is a very light serum, the texture feels a little like a gel, and it helps to reduce redness and calm inflammation. I am surprised because even when this serum contains a quantity of niacinamide that is lower than other serums with high concentrations, this serum is still effective. 

This calms and reduces the redness and calms the active pimples. In combination with the ampoule is an amazing duo. This is my first time using the Thioctic acid because I started to use the ampoule and the serum together, and it is an active ingredient I want to keep using because it works amazingly. If you have skin with a tendency to hormonal acne, this is a good serum for you. The luminous effect is there too, so I really like this serum. The price is around $23, at amazing, but for me, even though this serum contains only 30 mL is a good investment.

MIMUMIMU Niacindy Dark Spot Ampoule Review

I am back with one review I am pleased to share with you. This is a new brand, and this is my first time using it, so it was a good surprise to try their products. I am talking about MIMUMIMU, and this product is one for specific dark spots. As some of you already know, I suffer of hormonal acne and is sometimes complicated to deal with dark spots I have serums and essences, and I always try to have a spot useful product in these cases too. 

This product is MIMUMIMU Niacindy Dark Spot Ampoule, is designed to treat hyperpigmentation. This product was gifted by this brand, and this is an unpaid collaboration, but all the opinions are based on my own experience.

Conclusions

This ampoule contains two key ingredients in the treatment of hyperpigmentation, and these are: Thioctic Acid (a powerful antioxidant) and niacinamide, which are an amazing combination because they work in synergy to improve the hyperpigmentation. I used this product in one specific pimple and I noticed this same after a couple of hours a reduction of inflammation so this works great as an antiinflammatory product too so I can use in the acne scars that have inflammation and I can notice the reduction of the redness too and that is great because that is part of the improving the acne spots too.

I feel annoyed when I have a pimple that is now healing, and the acne scars have lasted for two weeks to improve. This product has a price of around $28, but it works fantastically. I could repurchase and reuse this product several times because it works pretty good. This is a good product, the niacinamide and the thioctic acid is a great combination. This contains an extract of pumpkin that helps to improve the collagen product, helping the barrier skin too, which I think is an amazing plus. I have sensitive combination skin and I have not have any allergic reaction to this product.

Conclusions

I must confess that the first time I used this product, I was worried for one specific issue: sometimes so many ingredients can be contraindicated on my sensitive combination skin, and in fact, two ingredients in that long list are not the favorites of my skin. But after using this product, I noticed that I didn´t have any breakouts, and well, this removes pretty well the impurities and the makeup, and emulsifies with water pretty good. This product has fragrance, but it is subtle and delicious (even when I am not a fan of fragrances). This smells pretty good and is relaxing, and makes the experience of removing the impurities good and relaxing, so I enjoyed using this product. This product has a price of $28 but contains 200mL of quantity, so I guess this is a good investment and I will definitely repurchase this one.
